Student Advisory Committee (SAC)
The Student Advisory Committee is a citywide, youth-led organization that meets monthly to provide feedback, advice, and present viable solutions from the students’ perspective on AUSD initiatives and programs. The SAC is a part of the larger Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) Stakeholder Advisory Committee, an organization that outlines how the District is to spend funds to meet the needs of students. SAC acts as an advisory committee to the LCAP Stakeholder Advisory Committee on the best way to meet the needs of students in the District.
Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month from 5:00pm-6:30pm.
