Mark Zeller

Hello,

My name is Mark Zeller. I teach students with disabilities. I teach three subjects: Science (Life and Physical), Music and Art.

I am constructing this website so the students in my classes can access the lessons they need to continue their studies at home during the time that the schools are not open.

The students will need to access this website, go to the classes they are enrolled in and read the lesson and do what is required to complete the lesson.

I am available by email at markzeller@antiochschools.net. Messages can be left at my Deer Valley High School voice mail. That number is 925-779-7570, extension 42900. When you call the number just enter the extension number as soon as the recorded message from the district starts playing. You can leave the message there.

I am going to leave posted all messages from prior weeks so students can continue working on material they did not finish. I will collect all material the 4th week of May. In the coming weeks we will work out, individually if necessary, methods to evaluate the work the students are doing.

I am writing this message for the week of May 18 to May 22. I am writing this message for the week of May 11 to May 15. As always, the assignments will be found under Homework on the menu bar. Select the class (Science, Art or Music) in which you are enrolled. Then click on the link. Print and do the assignment. Keep the assignments and I will collect them later. If you cannot print, do the best you can and write answers on a separate sheet of paper. Keep journals. This week I will attempt to contact each of you to discuss your work and assignments.

I am writing this message for the week of May 26 to May 29. Until I have posted new assignments for this week, please continue work on those already posted and finish any work that is incomplete. I am in the process of updating assignments. I appreciate the work that students have been able to scan and send through email, but I understand that some students may not that type of technology available to them. Please keep all your completed assignments done during the times when we are not in school, and continue working on the posted assignments until we reconvene at the school for regular sessions. I will review it all at one time. Please email me or call me using the contact information listed above if you have questions regarding Science, Art, and Music.

I am writing this message for the week of May 11 to May 15. As always, the assignments will be found under Homework on the menu bar. I am writing this message for the week of May 4 to May 8. I am writing this message for the week of April 27-May 1. This week's assignments will be found under Homework on the menu bar. Please continue to set up your microsoft accounts as I will be utilizing the Microsoft Teams applications as soon as all students are on board. This will continue to be used during the school year when it resumes on campus.

Again, for the assignments, please go to the homework tab, and open the assignments for Science, Art and Music, as they apply to you.

Thank you,

Mark Zeller

I am writing this message for the week of April 20-April 24, 2020. My office hours each day will be between 11:00 am and 12:00 noon. I can return calls during that time, also read and return email, and assist any students with any work they are doing.

This week continues the same process of accessing assignments. Your student should first go to the homework section. Open the link for the he or she is in, and then do the assignment.

I am working on developing googleclassroom, microsoft teams, and other platforms to reach the students.
