Dear OPS Parents and Students,
I hope you all are doing well. During this time of Distance Learning I will be posting many links you can use to get some physical activity. I will add new links weekly. Please take some time to get some exercise as it will help to keep you healthy and reduce stress. Go for a walk or jog, walk your dogs, hike, play a game with your family members, etc. Just make sure you are practicing Social Distancing when outdoors. There are a lot of indoor activities as well including yoga and some links for meditation/ stress reduction for children.
