The Last Day of School
We made it!
This year has had its' challenges to say the least.  Maybe on of life's lesson is all about how to rise to the occassion of a challenging situation.  I am so proud of this class in so many ways.  Every student  made a unique contribution to the group ultimately creating a classroom full of more confident, cooperative yet competitive, trustworthy, intelligent human beings.
We all have our strengths and weaknesses.  Identifying our strengths and weaknesses is the easy part.  The hard part is knowing how to use what you're good at in a productive way.  Learning to work together is difficult.  You have to listen to different points of view and not always agree with them, yet the outcome is to have compassion for eachother.  Throughout the year we listened to eachother and shared our stories.  We learned from the textbook but we also learned how to value one another.  I wish the world could be like OUR Classroom.  I am very proud of all of you.
Best Wishes as you move into Middle School and BEYOND
