I'm a proud Antioch Middle School Eagle teaching 7th and 8th Grade English! Here are some quick facts about me:
- I have a Bachelor's degree in Education from Central Washington University
- I taught as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan for a year
- I taught online middle school students for about five years
- I have dual Master's degrees in Children's Literature and Writing for Children
- This is my fourth year teaching at Antioch Middle School

The above video is Principal Wisely's tutorial for setting up your Student AUSD account for the first time. Your Student AUSD account provides you free access to all the Microsoft Office apps, including Word for writing, PowerPoint for making presentations, and Outlook for sending your teachers emails.

I encourage you to sign into MyLocker at the start of every school day. From MyLocker, you'll be able to access all the other programs we'll be using for distance learning.
To sign into Microsoft Office products, you will need to use the email address form of your Student AUSD Account: [studentID]@student.antiochschools.net -- This will only work once you follow the directions to set up your Student AUSD Account.
One of the Microsoft Office tools you will have access to is called Microsoft Teams.
In Teams, you'll be able to view your assignments, see your assignment grades and detailed feedback, and access more resources all inside one central app.
