Dear JME Families,
I hope you are safe and doing well. During this time of distance learning, I will be posting links every week that you can use to get some physical activity. Some links will be on this page and I will also be adding links to the Distance Learning tab. All students should try and get in 30 minutes or more of exercise each day, but don't stress if that is too difficult to achieve. I want you to have fun so please explore several links, and it's ok to repeat your favorite ones.
Always exercise in a safe place. This could be indoors away from furniture and objects that could hurt. An outside space that is ok with your parents or guardians is also good. Try to get in a routine with eating, class work, exercise, playing, and sleeping. Your body will stay healthier and happier if you can stick to a routine.
Remember to be safe, respectful, and responsible by taking care of yourself. Please let me know by email if can how the exercise is going, and also if you are interested in ideas for a certain type of exercise. Try and get the people in your household to exercise with you if possible. You can teach them the stretches, exercises, bones, muscles, tabata, and even some activities that we learned in class if you want.
