Remember these are just suggestions, the main thing to remember is that daily exercise 30-60 minutes is very important for your overall health. 20 jumping jacks
20 arm circles
20 second banana stretch
20 seconds quadricep stretch (standing on 1 leg)
20 second hamstring (sitting 1 leg straight)
20 second butterfly stretch
10-20 pushups (on knees if necessary)
30-60 second forearm plank
Below I will leave links to videos: the idea is that you will exercise for 60 minutes/day.
