Mr. McNamar

I graduated from Clayton Valley High school in 1981.  The following fall I attended Diablo Valley College and earned an Associate of Arts Degree before I transferred to California State University Chico and received my Bachelors of Science degree.  Later I attended Chapman University and received my California State Teaching credential (Social Science).  I started my career working at the East County Boys and Girls club as the Program Director. I later worked for the United Council of Spanish Speaking organizations as a Program & Transportation Director.

Later I decided to follow in my father’s footsteps, and become a secondary teacher.  I have a passion for wrestling and have coached the past twenty-five years, eighteen years at Pittsburg High School and seven years at Antioch High School.  Today I continue to my involvement in the sport of wrestling as a wrestling official.
