Free DV Orchestra Show
Monday Feb. 7 at 7pm and Tuesday Feb. 8 at 7pm, the DV Orchestra will be putting on a free show along with the Dozier Libbey, Orchard Park Middle, and Black Diamond Middle Orchestras. Come out for a great night of music. The Tuesday night show is especially geared towards middle schoolers who might be interested in music, and will be a great opportunity to see what the high school music programs have to offer.

Mock Trial WINS!
Your DVHS Mock Trial Defense Team knocked off a worthy De La Salle on Tuesday night in a heated night of competition. Our record stands at 2-1. Tonight our prosecution squares off with Heritage in the F. Bray Courthouse in Martinez at 5:30. Spectators are welcome. A win puts us in the playoffs. If you have any of the following prosecution students today - give 'em some encouragement:

CA state seal of Biliteracy
DV students, do you speak 2 or more languages? Can you read, write, speak and listen in that language? You can get an extra fancy seal on your diploma if you take and pass the free California state seal of biliteracy test. School Accountability Report Card (SARC)
By February 1 of each year, every school in California is required by state law to publish a School Accountability Report Card (SARC). The SARC contains information about the condition and performance of each California public school. The SARCs were approved at the 1/25/2023 Board of Education meeting and have been updated on district and school websites in both English and Spanish. A paper copy will be provided upon request.
