Suggested Daily (M-F) Schedule:
7:00am-8:00am: Wake-up, breakfast, brush-teeth, wash hands, change clothes, etc.
8:00am-8:30am: Calendar, review the month, season, day of the week, the date, the year. Practice writing the date in the student's journal. This is a warm up, draw a picture or practice writing numbers, ABCs, name, etc. It doesn't have to be perfect and the student should do it independently.

8:30am-9:00am: Phonics and Number movement. Jack Hartmann count by tens or ones. Phonics (see it, say it, sign it). Review all letter sounds.
Count by 10s
9:00am-9:15am: Break. Go outside, stretch. Wash hands when coming back in and before next activity.
9:15am-9:30am: Snack and story. Read together and eat a health snack
9:30am-10:15am: Work Time, break it into small amounts
10-15mins: Writing (name, ABCs, etc)
10-15mins: Math (addition, subtraction, number recognition, shapes, etc)
10-15mins: Task Bin activity (choose 1 baggie or rubber band activity)
10:15am-10:45am: GoNoodle, or Yoga. Get moving inside or outside. Practice calm breathing at the end.

10:45am-11:00am: Clean-up materials, toys, or anything else. Wash hands after cleaning.
11:00am-11:40am: Prep lunch together. Name the ingredients, count, and have your child play a role. Eat together, talk. Clean up lunch materials.
11:40am-12:00pm: Read a story or two. Pause and make predictions. Have students practice following along with their finger. Or listen to a story with Storyline Online or find a book on YouTube.

12:00pm-12:45pm: Play a game together where you have to take turns, do a puzzle, make a craft together.
12:45pm-1:00pm: Clean-up materials together. Have you child put their things away. Let them practice doing this on their own. Keep building their independence skills.
1:00pm-1:20pm: Outside or movement break. Wash hands once done.
1:20pm- 1:40pm: iReady. Spend 10 minutes on Reading and 10 minutes on Math each day.
1:40pm-2:30pm: Prep for those in 1st-2nd, but kindergarteners should join because they will have prep next school year.
