• Please call the school at 925-779-7480 to report an absence.

    Please report absences within 24 hours to avoid having your child marked as truant.

    3 unexcused absense (truant days) will result in a truancy letter and possible SART (Student Attendance Review Team) meeting.

    2 truancy letters will result in a SARB (Student Attandance Review Board) referral

    Please call in all student absences to the absentee line if your student will be sick or late. You can also email the office staff directly as well as your student's teacher for any absence. If your absence is more than 3 days you will be required to provide a doctors' excuse. For absences longer that 3 days families should notify the office in advance to request a independent study packet.

    EARLY CHECKOUT....

    Students will not be called out of class until a parent is present to sign them out. Please plan ahead for appointments, as we would like to minimize missed class time.
