There is no school Monday, November 11th in observance of Veteran’s Day Holiday.
Conference week is complete. We return to our regular school schedule on Tuesday.
Information about the Kiwanis Club Annual Run & Walk for Health is posted on our school website. Flyers were also sent home. There is a school challenge again. Schools with the highest participation can win prize money for the school. The Run and Walk for Health is a wonderful event that benefits the community.
Our annual Pennies for Patients coin drive begins this week, Nov 12- 22. Each year students collect coin donations for cancer research to find a cure for blood cancers. Your support and donations are appreciated. Each day this week will be a spirit day to encourage participation. Tuesday is Neon Nickel Day. Wear neon. Wednesday is Dazzling Dimes Day wear shiny, sparkling clothes. Thursday is Crazy Quarter Day. Wear crazy socks to school. Friday is Team up for a Cure to Leukemia. Wear your favorite sports clothing. Monday, Nov 18 is Pajama Penny Day. Wear your school appropriate pajamas to school.
