Contra Costa County Health Vaccine Clinic at DLMHS 9/22/21

AUSD is teaming up with Contra Costa Health Services to make sure everyone can get a safe, effective COVID-19 vaccine.

COVID-19 vaccine is now available for anyone who is 12 or older, and to help our families find a convenient vaccination opportunity, Dozier-Libbey Medical High School is hosting a no-cost clinic on 9/1/2021 from 8:30 am – 3 pm.

Everyone is welcome, including students who are 12 or older, family members and staff.  Just drop-in!

The vaccine (Pfizer) requires two doses to provide full protection, so new patients at our clinic will receive follow-up appointments. People younger than 18 need permission from a parent – send in the consent form for your child or come in person, especially if you need a vaccine too!

Getting vaccinated is the most effective way of protecting ourselves, our families and other students from getting COVID-19. As we prepare for next fall, let’s all do our part to keep DLMHS healthy and safe.

The clinic is open from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Free appointments at other convenient times and locations are also available by calling 1-833-829-2626. More information about coronavirus and vaccine is available at cchealth.org/coronavirus
