AUSD to Host Vaccination Clinics

The Antioch Unified School District is teaming up with Contra Costa Health Services, Kaiser Permanente, and the Contra Costa County Office of Education to make sure everyone can get a safe, effective COVID-19 vaccine.
The COVID-19 vaccine is now available for anyone who is 12 or older, and to help our families find a convenient vaccination opportunity, DALLAS RANCH MIDDLE SCHOOL will be hosting clinics June 1-5 and June 22-26.
Everyone is welcome, including students who are 12 or older, family members and members of the community. Appointments are also available through the county’s scheduling page or by calling 1-833-829-2626. However, appointments are not required.
The vaccine (Pfizer) requires two doses to provide full protection, so new patients at our clinic will receive follow-up appointments. People younger than 18 need permission from a parent: (English - Spanish) Send in the consent form for your child or come in person, especially if you need a vaccine too!!
Information and scheduling will also be available for required school immunization booster vaccines, such as Tdap.
Getting vaccinated is the most effective way of protecting ourselves, our families and other students from getting COVID-19. As we prepare for next fall, let’s all do our part to keep SCHOOL healthy and safe.
More information about coronavirus and vaccine is available at and, for Kaiser Permanente members, at
