Title 1 School Level Parental Involvement Policy - English
The school has the responsibility to provide high-quality curriculum and instruction in a supportive and effective environment that enables students to meet the state standards. Black Diamond Middle has developed a written Title 1 parental involvment policy with input from Title 1 parents at quarterly Parent meetings. It has distributed the policy to parents of Title I students through posting on the school website. Black Diamond's policy describes the means for carrying out the following Title 1 parental involvement requirements.

Dear Black Diamond Middle School 8th Grade Families,
As we begin the 2026–2027 school year, we want to make sure our students and families have a clear understanding of the expectations for participating in our 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony. Promotion is an exciting milestone, and our goal is to work together throughout the year to help every Miner successfully finish middle school and confidently prepare for high school.

This important information outlines expectations related to academics, attendance, and behavior, as well as the supports available when students need additional assistance.
