Process For Facility Rentals
Antioch Unified School District is excited to introduce a new online facility request and rental system designed to greatly improve the user experience for our community. With this system, reservation requests can be submitted quickly and easily, and processing will be more efficient. Renters will also be able to view photos and descriptions of facilities, check real time availability, receive estimated quotes, and submit payments online.
In partnership with Facilitron, Antioch Unified has launched customized facility use pages for the district and for each school site. This allows facility use requests to be submitted at any time. While the request, approval, and management process is now digital, all guidelines continue to follow Antioch Unified School District’s Board Policies regarding facility use. District administrative staff will continue to make all final decisions on facility use requests.
Facilitron will support users by helping set up organization and user accounts, including verification of nonprofit status when applicable. Facilitron will also process payments and collect proof of insurance (Certificates of Insurance) on behalf of Antioch Unified. Payments can be made conveniently online using major credit cards, ACH/eCheck, checks, or PayPal. Certificates of Insurance may be uploaded directly to the system or purchased through Facilitron if needed.
Moving forward, all facility use requests must be submitted online through a Facilitron account. For assistance with account creation or submitting a request, please contact Facilitron at support@facilitron.com or 800-272-2962 ext. 0.
