Hello,
Welcome to Health Science 1 and Physical Education.
I am honored to be your child's teacher this school year. I have 10 years of experience teaching Health and Physical Education and 10 years of coaching varsity football. My lifelong dream has been to become a Health and P.E. teacher and coach, helping students grow through athletics, teamwork, and physical activity.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree. I'm a former college football athlete and was a four-time First Team Academic All-Conference player, as well as a Student Excellence Award recipient.
Outside of school, I enjoy CrossFit, lifting weights, and playing sports. I enjoy helping students build confidence, teamwork skills, and lifelong healthy habits through physical activity and health.
All of our assignments are on Microsoft Teams and all assignments are graded on Aeries
