
Gratitude Grams will now be on sale after school every day this week in the courtyard. They are $1 each. Students may send a sweet treat to their friends to show they are grateful for them. Parents may also purchase and have them sent to their students' classrooms. Order forms may also be turned in to the office by 11/13. Grams will be delivered to classes on 11/17. Proceeds from the sales will go to purchase holiday meals for Mission Families.


REMINDER: NO SCHOOL TOMORROW 11/1. School will resume for regular hours on Thursday, 11/2. Friday 11/3 is the first day of conferences and all students will be released at 11:30.


Friendly reminder that tomorrow, 10/31, is the final day to turn in reams of paper for the paper drive. The grade level winner will be announced on Thursday.


Tomorrow (10/27) during school, students are not to wear Halloween costumes. Spirit Day tomorrow is Mission spirit wear. Students may wear costumes to Trunk or Treat from 5-7. Costumes may be worn to school on Tuesday, 10/31. Also, tomorrow at Trunk or Treat, Gratitude Grams will be available to order. This is a fundraiser to help purchase holidays meals for some our Mission families. They are $1 each.



The next meeting for the English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC) is being held on Thursday, October 26 at 9:00 in the library. Please see the attached flier for information. MEMBERS ARE NEEDED and all are welcome!


CANDY DONATIONS NEEDED!
We have not received very many candy donations for our Trunk or Treat event that is happening this Friday, 10/27 from 5-7pm. If we do not receive enough candy donations then the trunk or treat portion of the event will not be able to happen, and only movie night will be able to occur. Please turn in any candy donations to the office. Thank you so much for your support to help make this event happen.

Red Ribbon Spirit week starts on Monday with "Don't Let Drugs Sneak Up on You" - wear your favorite sneakers. The rest of the week is shown on the flier below. Also, we are still collecting paper for our paper drive and pictures to display on our All Souls Altar (Ofrenda) for Day of the Dead.



This is a friendly reminder that we will have our Trunk or Treat event on Oct. 27th , 5pm-7pm. We are asking for candy donations and volunteers to be a part of Trunk or Treat, and pass out candy from your car. We look forward to a fun event!


The first School Site Council meeting of the year is going to be held on October 19th via Microsoft Teams. You can join the meeting using the attached link. The agenda for the meeting is below. The last day to order pictures and receive free shipping is this coming Monday, October 16. Use the website and school code shown in the picture.


In honor of Dia de los Muertos, we will be creating an Ofrenda on the stage in our cafeteria. If you would like to include a picture of a loved one on our All Souls Altar, please bring the picture in a frame with a stand no later than October 20. Please make sure to write your child's name and teacher on the back so that the picture may be returned to you.
