Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1.  How do I log into class?  

  • Go to MyLocker

  • Login using your username and password.

  • Select the Teams icon and go to your Teams calendar (your teacher has scheduled meetings for each of your classes).

  • Join your class at the appropriate start time. 

2.  What if I do not have any meetings on my Teams calendar? 

  • Your teacher will be sending communication through email, Microsoft Teams, or Seesaw.

  • Please message your teacher directly through one of these platforms and they can call you into your class meeting. 

3.  What if my AUSD computer is not working? 

  • Please contact the Technology Help Desk at 925-779-7676 (open 7:30am-4:00pm, weekdays only, closed on holidays), please leave a detailed message with your first and last name, the issue you are experiencing, and a working number to contact you.

4.  What if my personal computer is not working?

  • You can check out a district laptop.  Please Email NatashaThompson via email or call 925-779-7500 ext. 40284 to set up a time for check out.
