Drop-off Procedures

Please ensure you regulate your vehicle’s speed to 10 mph when entering, driving through, and exiting the parking lot. Our parking lot is under video surveillance 24/7. Campus gates open every school morning at 7:45 a.m. As you enter the parking lot, please use the right-hand lane and pull forward as close to the cabana as possible to drop your student off. We have designated school employees available to assist your student(s) exit your vehicle between 7:45 a.m. – 8:10 a.m. Our goal of assisting is to ensure a quick and safe drop off for you and your student(s). Please ensure your car is pulled over to the yellow painted curb when your student exits the vehicle. Please do not stop or park in the middle of the parking lot, as well as leaving your vehicle in an area designated for traffic flow to drop your student off. If you need to stop or exit your vehicle for whatever reason, please use one of our designated parking spaces.

Pick-Up Procedures (Kindergarten)

On regular school days, our Kindergarten dismissal is at 1:20 p.m. and on minimum day dismissal time is at 11:35 a.m. Please pull forward to the cabana area for your student to be dismissed to you. Additionally, you may park your vehicle in a designated parking space and walk to our designated gate entrances so we can dismiss your student to you in a safe manner. On Wednesdays and Minimum days, if you only have a Kinder student, you will be able to pick up your student 10 minutes earlier than school dismissal time. However, if you have any older students, your dismissal time will be at the scheduled release. Please have your older student report to your student’s Kinder teacher for release.

Pick-Up Procedures (Grades 1-5)

Please remain outside of the cabana gate on the parking lot side during student dismissal. This helps our staff organize students in a timely fashion and keep the campus safe for everyone. When parents remain in our student zone, it delays our students getting to their designated space. If you are not parked in the neighborhood or a designated parking spot, please do not stop traffic by getting out of your car in the designated Red/Yellow zone or parking in the middle of the lot. This blocks the flow of traffic and creates an unsafe parking lot for students. Please be mindful of our cross walk or any other pedestrian that may be crossing. Please use the cross walk for your safety. During dismissal, we have a designated employee who will stop traffic and allow pedestrians to cross in the crosswalk when it is safe. Our goal is to bring in as many cars into our parking lot as possible to stop the flow of traffic for our pedestrians to cross safely.

The right-hand lane with the yellow curb is our designated loading zone for students to be picked up safely. Please do not pick up your student(s) in the middle of traffic. This increases the likelihood of a traffic/pedestrian accident.

When parents follow our procedures, we can help ensure the safety of all students, parents, and staff members, while keeping the flow of traffic.

Pick-up Timeframe

Our pickup time occurs within 15 minutes of student dismissal.
