• TO DO: Make sure you have set up (and can access) your "student" Aeries account. High School Pathway selection and 9th grade course selection must be made in the student account (not the parent account).

• Antioch Unified School District students are not assigned to a high school based on their home address. Instead, students are allowed to select the high school that they would like to attend, as well as a career pathway within the school. The counselor will be presenting the options to students this fall so that they may make an informed decision.

  Please note: any student living west of Empire Avenue is in the AUSD school district. AUSD high schools include:

  • Dozier-Libbey Medical HS

  • Deer Valley HS

  • Antioch HS

• September/October - Students will receive several informational presentations by the Counselor to learn about the various pathway programs available at each high school.

• October 15 - Pathway Open House/Info Night (location and time TBD)

• October 19 to December 4 - Aeries Portal is open for pathway selection; families can review and change selections throughout this time

• October 23 - Students will make their initial Pathway selections in Aeries during History class

• December 4 @4:00pm – deadline for updating your pathway choices in Aeries

• January – Lottery (if needed)

• Late February – 9th grade course selection in Aeries
