I teach English, History and Core to a great group of students. This is my 29th year in education and my tenth year at Park Middle School. I love teaching our future leaders and I know, while in my classroom, they are learning how to be positive young men and women. The classroom is a safe place where everyone has the opportunity to learn.
My three basic rules for the classroom are:
1. Respect
2. Responsibility
3. Routine
You must do these 3 things with yourself and others in mind. You must be respectful to yourself and others, you are responsible for yourself, and others and you must follow the routine for yourself and others. If we all do this, the classroom is a wonderful learning environment where we can also have fun while we do it.
