
10/4 is a minimum day for K-8. Elementary students MUST be picked up at their dismissal times. They CANNOT wait for middle school siblings. Dismissal times are: K 11:40, 1st-3rd 11:50, 4th-5th 12:10, 6th-8th 12:40. There will be no after-school bus service tomorrow for all grade levels. Fall Break is 10/7-10/14.

To keep the flow of traffic going:
Do not park or leave your car unattended in the loading zones along the school curb, use a parking space. Pull up when staff asks. K-3 pick-up is at the loop. 4-8 pick-up is in front of the school, do not block the K-3 loop area. Thank you for your cooperation.

Due to the projected heat, Wednesday’s Running Club will take place before school at 7:40 instead of after school. Reminder that, we are a closed campus. If families would like to watch their student during Running Club, the viewing area is along the chain link fence on Live Oak Ave. not inside campus.

Tomorrow, 8/21, is an early release Wednesday. Dismissal times are: K-12:40, 1st-3rd 1:00, 4th-5th 1:10, 6th-8th 1:00. Also, join us tomorrow night from 5:00-7:00 for PTO's Back to School Night Social. Parents/guardians must be present with their student. Come for games, Otter Pops, and snacks while supplies last.

Friday, Aug. 16th is a minimum day for K-8th graders. Elementary students cannot wait for their middle school siblings due to the dismissal time difference. Dismissal times are:

The parking lot is busy. If we all follow the parking lot rules of using parking spaces to park, not leaving your car unattended in the loading/unloading zones, & pulling up when asked by staff, the process takes about 15 minutes.

1. Picture Day is Wednesday 8/14 for 6th-8th and Thursday 8/15 for TK-5th
2. Back to School Night is Thursday 8/15 from 5:30-7:20
3. Friday 8/16 is a minimum day for K-8th
4. Please do not leave your car unattended in the loading/unloading zones
5. Please do not block the school bus or handicap parking areas

Be sure to use parking spaces to park not the loading/unloading curbs, don’t send your student running across traffic, and to have patience while everyone gets back in the swing of the drop off/pick up routine. We are looking forward to seeing all of our scholars tomorrow for the first day of school. Morning bell rings at 8:00 for students to go to class. Please refer to the letter that was sent home/emailed/posted about the routine for the first two days of school.

***For our middle school students who came through registration on Tuesday, 7/30, the wrong class schedules were handed out. Those students will need to pick up the correct schedules either in the office prior to school starting or they can pick them up in the morning on the first day of school.

**This is only for those of you who came to registration on Tuesday, July 30th.
We noticed two mistakes to the letter that was handed out about the first days of school. Corrections are:
*The date for the first day of school is Thursday, August 8th
*The minimum day dismissal time for 4th-5th is 12:10

Don't forget that registration is July 30th from 10:00-2:00 and July 31st from 3:00-7:00. Prior to coming to registration, you must complete the forms online through the Aeries Portal. If you do not do this, you cannot go through the registration process or get your child's schedule. Please see the attachment

We will be closing the office at 1:30 today so that staff may attend the 8th grade promotion ceremony. Reminder we are still on minimum days. The last dismissal time is 12:00. All students should be picked up by 12:15, when supervision ends.
