Jayden Beasley
Jayden Beasley is one of the "athletes of the week" because of the work he put in during the first week of our virtual training. Jayden did not miss a day of workouts and put in extra work. He did 200 push ups daily on Monday and Thursday (Upper Body days) and he also did 200 Squats daily on Tuesday and Friday ( Lower body days). Furthermore, he put in extra work which featured completing lunges on lower body work out days and bicep curls on upper body days. Jayden appears to be trying his best to show up as the best version of himself when football season starts and the football coaching staff is excited about it! Congrats Jayden. GO WOLVERINES!!!
Carlos Perez
Carlos Perez was a dominant force on the Junior Varsity team last year as a true freshmen and he is starting off right where he finished. A true leader by his actions, Carlos has always put in the work. Over the first week of our virtual distance training, he dominated upper and lower body workouts. He also put in a little extra cardio work by going on a 5 mile hike of Contra Loma. Congrats Carlos and keep up the good work!
