NOTICE OF HEARING REGARDING PROPOSED ADOPTION OF A DEVELOPER FEE
STUDY AND THE INCREASE OF THE STATUTORY SCHOOL FEE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Board of the Antioch Unified School District
(AUSD) will hold a hearing and consider input from the public on the proposed adoption of
a Developer Fee Justification Study for the District and an increase in the statutory school
facility fee (“Level I Fee”) on new residential and commercial/industrial developments as
approved by the State Allocation Board on January 28, 2026. The adoption of the Study and
the increase of the Level I Fee are necessary to fund the construction of needed school
facilities to accommodate students due to development.
Members of the public are invited to comment in writing, on or before October 28, 2026, or
appear in person at the hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the
following location:

Materials regarding the Study and the Level I Fee are on file and are available for public
review at the District Office located at 510 G Street, Antioch, CA 94509.

AVISO DE AUDIENCIA SOBRE LA ADOPCIÓN PROPUESTA DE UN ESTUDIO DE TASAS DE PROMOTORES Y EL AUMENTO DE LA TASA ESCOLAR ESTATUTARIA
SE EMITE UN AVISO de que la Junta de Gobierno del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Antioch (AUSD) celebrará una audiencia y considerará la opinión pública sobre la propuesta de adopción de un Estudio de Justificación de Tasas de Promotores para el Distrito y un aumento de la tasa estatutaria de instalaciones escolares ("Cuota de Nivel I") en nuevos desarrollos residenciales y comerciales/industriales, según lo aprobado por la Junta Estatal de Asignación el 28 de enero de 2026. La adopción del Estudio y el aumento de la tasa de Nivel I son necesarios para financiar la construcción de las instalaciones escolares necesarias para acomodar a los estudiantes debido al desarrollo.
Se invita a los miembros del público a comentar por escrito, a partir del 28 de octubre de 2026 o antes, o a presentarse en persona en la audiencia a las 7:00 PM miércoles 28 de octubre de 2026, en el siguiente lugar:
