The purpose of the Board’s Equity Audit Committee is to analyze the 2023-2024 Educational Equity and Excellence Audits conducted at each of our 24 in-person school sites. The primary objective of this committee is to use review individual school site reports and district-wide patterns and trends in:

• Culture and Climate

• Curriculum

• Instruction

• Leadership

 The Board Equity Committee will bring forward recommendations to the Board at-large regarding overall audit findings and recommendations with a goal of developing Board Goals, recommending policy updates, supporting the Board to make informed curriculum adoption and instructional materials decisions, and establishing budget priorities.
